Special Ordering

Looking for something we don’t have? No problem! We can still help with that!

Our store phone number, (610) 292-0440, can not only be contacted by call – it can accept text messages too! Standard message and data rates may apply. We will gladly accept orders over the phone or over text message for products we don’t already have on our shelves. It’s that easy!

For some food (or feed, as some are saying) brands and products out there, we do not carry them because we do not have access to them and/or because we strongly believe in putting pets before profit and, as such, believe it is morally our responsibility to recommend you something else that will be much better, healthier, and possibly either on par or better pricewise. We as such do not special order products that fit these descriptions.

Our policy is that any and all special orders for any given week must be received by us by Mondays at noon. Majority of the time, orders placed by this weekly Monday deadline will be fulfilled and ready for pickup the next day Tuesday. We can still receive special orders at any other time of the week, but those will not arrive until the next upcoming Tuesday. There are some exceptions to these timing rules, but we will be transparent with you about that if so. Bottom line is, Mondays by noon.

Nutrition Consulting

We pride ourselves in our always free nutrition consulting. As much as 80% of our pets’ immune systems is in their gut, and thus, maintaining nutritional health is the key to help dogs to not just address health issues but to thrive. We will always do our best to actively help you tackle any health problems your pets may encounter and to help with researching ways to address your needs specifically. We also make it a priority to arm pet parents with knowledge, tips, and tricks to evaluate products, determine what’s best for your family, and successfully navigate the information/misinformation out there. Best discourse is usually by phone or in person – text is OK too, but it might not be as fast.
